The "Carte Blanche" presents pale and a yellow glossed gold dress, which a beautiful effervescence joins. The nose is fruity and evokes us quickly notes at the same time fresh and rich of yellow fruits with flesh (mirabelle plums) and of noisette.

In mouth, this Champagne is shown of a beautiful flexibility. It is full and generous but preserves however promptness and power. This generosity recalls the fruity and aromatic notes of tasting to the nose.

The final long, very slightly is miellée, and evolves on always cooked fruit notes supported by an elegant freshness. The "Carte Blanche" will allure you with aperitif, for your cocktails and evenings between friends.
